Yep, today our good old friend Bob arrived at our place. Bob is from PEI (Prince Edward Island) and has been visiting with us for a couple of years before he turns his Class C Four Winds rig to the south. We met some years ago at the Hot Springs LTVA in California. And as the pictures Bea took, are showing, we can still enjoy each other’s company. Had us the last piece of Peter’s apple cake and later Bea served a delicious fish chowder, in fact it was made after a Norwegian recipe called “Bergensk Fiskesuppe” (Bergen Fish Soup) We ate every little drop of it and didn’t leave anything left than an empty bowl. I spent the morning working on our neighbour’s garage doors. One half of the double garage is already fixed (sorry no picture yet) and the next half will be done the day after tomorrow. Why after tomorrow? Because tomorrow we are going to drive to St.John. We have sold one of our vans and are to deliver it tomorrow. Weather-wise it’s going to be sunny again though maybe a few degrees cooler than today, which is fine by me as long as I don’t have to look into a grey sky. And I’ll cap it with that, you have a great rest of the week! |
What a gorgeous sunset that was! A great end to a nice day.
