July 14

A working day
It was another working day today, and the good thing was that we had lower temperatures, which made it a lot more comfortable to work outside.
But since nothing special happened I will tell you what we did a few years ago:

Southern Texas, March 10 2006
Today we plan a trip to Victoria. A quick peek on the weather forecast for Victoria reveals that temps of 89F (34C) are expected for the day.  Anyway we leave Seadrift on Hwy 185 which runs straight on to Victoria, a city of pop. 60,000. We have read about the old town Victoria and the beautiful historical buildings.
Many of the old homes are built in colonial-style architecture with big street-front entrances.
We let the pictures speak for themselves.
